Information We Collect

You give us information directly when you use one of our forms:

Pre-approval wizard: name, phone, email, loan purpose, property type, estimated property value, down payment, credit score range, employment type, annual household income, and any notes you add.
Contact form: name, phone, email, loan objective, estimated loan or purchase amount, and your message.
Mortgage guide download: name and email.
Consent choices: whether you agreed to receive text messages, and the version of the consent wording you saw.

We also collect some information automatically:

Device and network data such as IP address and browser type, used by our spam-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and by our hosting provider's standard server logs.
Browser storage: we store whether you dismissed the site disclaimer and, if you use the translate menu, your language choice (Google Translate sets a cookie for this).
Voice and chat assistant: if you start a conversation with the on-site AI assistant (provided by ElevenLabs), your voice or text messages are processed and may be recorded and transcribed so the assistant can respond and so we can follow up. Do not start a conversation if you do not consent to this.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to your inquiry and discuss mortgage options you asked about.
To prepare your preliminary pre-qualification certificate.
To send the guide you requested and, if you did not unsubscribe, occasional mortgage market updates.
To send text messages, only if you checked the optional text-message consent box.
To protect the site and our forms from spam, fraud, and abuse.
To comply with legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it only:

Within Century Financial Group Co., the licensed company through which Hieu Nguyen originates loans.
With service providers that operate this site for us under contract, including our form-processing and email automation service, Cloudflare (spam protection), ElevenLabs (voice assistant), Google (translation), and our web host.
With lenders, appraisers, title and escrow companies, and credit bureaus only after you choose to apply for a loan and authorize us to do so.
When required by law, regulators, or legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

If you apply for a loan, the information in your application is also covered by the separate privacy notice that Century Financial Group Co. provides under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the California Financial Information Privacy Act.

Your Communication Choices

Email: reply “unsubscribe” to any email from us, or email info@hieu-nguyen.org.
Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is never a condition of any loan or service.
Phone: ask us at any time to stop calling you and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
Request a copy of your personal information.
Request that we delete or correct your personal information, subject to legal exceptions such as mortgage recordkeeping requirements.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still submit a request.
Limit our use of sensitive personal information. We use it only to provide the services you request.
Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email info@hieu-nguyen.org or call (714) 409-9272. We will verify your identity by matching the details you give us with our records before acting on the request. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your signed permission. We respond within 45 days.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because this site does not track visitors across other websites, it does not change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Retention and Security

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements, and then delete it. Information is sent to us over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored with access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or tax documents through the website forms.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
